Do about 20 reps for each move, complete as many sets as you want, as long as you’re keeping proper form! Also, use a pair of paper plates, if you’re on carpet, or rags if you’re on a wood or linoleum floor.

oh and i am seriously trying to lose weight! I am currently 137lbs... wanna get to 115. ( i am only 5'2"). I am currently enrolled in LA fitness, and i try to watch what i eat, even tho it is much more harder than it is.... :) But its not impossible!!!! As of July 2nd, I am now 130 lbs.. Yay! And wore my very first bathing suit! I am so proud! I have worked so hard on it! :)
